Kettle Bell Basics

Kettle Bell Basics focus on three fundamental kettle bell movements necessary for all kettle bell training. These movements are the swing, squat and get up. This 8 week course breaks down these movements into there components and emphasizes proper technique and progression. These skills are then used in challenging work outs that help increase power, strength, mobility, cardio vascular capacity and over all vitality. This course is a must for anyone looking to safely incorporate kettle bells into there training. It is also a great course for someone who wants to brush up on there kettle bell technique and learn new challenging workouts using these fundamental movements.
